Lukaku Join MU, Chelsea Switch to Belotti
Chelsea are now considering recruiting Torino striker Andrea Belotti. This is done after their main target, Romelu Lukaku (Everton) agreed to move to Manchester United (MU).
Chelsea is actually so close to my Lukaku. The player also does not mind returning to Stamford Bridge. However, due to slow moves, Chelsea suddenly overtook MU who was in the forefront to get my signature Lukaku.
Seeing this, according to Football Italia, Chelsea immediately consider other options. They focus on the pursuit of Belotti and Alvaro Morata (Real Madrid). But the last bit difficult to import because Los Blancos insisted on maintaining the player 24 years.
Torino himself did not mind removing Belotti. However, the price they set very high ie 100 million euros. Given Chelsea did not have much choice, the Blues will likely meet Torino’s demand.
Belotti itself appear very impressive in Serie A season 2016-2017. He became the top scorer for Granata with a score of 26 goals and has packed four goals in nine caps with the Italian national team.
Chelsea do need a new striker next season. Therefore, the Blues will release Diego Costa in this transfer market.
